I shall Wait for You does not seek to justify darkness but to understand it. Grief can distort reason, faith can tremble, and love can take unsettling forms. Through this narrative, I have explored loneliness, guilt, and spiritual conflict---not to shock, but to question how far sorrow can bend the human heart.
The wind lifted through the village lane as he took her hand for the last time.
“I shall wait for you,” Amina had whispered.
Her fingers rested briefly against Yusuf’s.
He promised he would return, carrying more than words---a life to build together.
And then the city swallowed him, leaving only the memory of her warmth
A promise whispered before a departure becomes a haunting echo after death. In a quiet village shadowed by faith and tradition, one man’s grief spirals into obsession, between hallucination and investigation, sin and sorrow, he searches not for escape-----but for forgiveness.
I Shall Wait for You is a psychological meditation on love that refuses to rest.
