About this book:
The culinary art of Bangladesh which is a part of the sub-continent has a distinct flavour of its own. In some areas of cooking Bangladesh has earned unsurpassed fame. This is particularly true of curry dishes; more so when fish forms a part of them. Not many countries in the world have been as successful as Bangladesh in making their daily dishes palatable. Meat dishes, in particular, cherish they are original to the Muslim heritage of Bangladesh. Bangladeshi meat preparations have a distinct character of their own. One of the chief characteristics of Bangladeshi curry is that it is a culinary delight, but it is not very hot like the curry of the other parts of the sub-continent. Might seem obvious to vegetables also.
