This book meticulously explores the inherent wealth of mud and thatch construction techniques found in the mud houses of northwestern Bengal. Focusing on the formulation, construction process, and sustainable phenomena of rural homesteads, the book serves as a valuable reference for future generations. It stands as a crucial documentation for scholars and researchers, aiming to preserve and shed light on the cultural legacy of rural mud houses that is currently under threat.
