Islamic Rules on Menstruation and Post-natal Bleeding presents the legal verdicts regarding the major and sometimes problematic issues regarding ritual purity, impurity, personal hygiene and the female reproductive cycle. Dr. Bilal Philips has researched and compiled a body of hadiths that relate directly to this topic. A lengthy chapter is devoted to the rulings of the eminent scholar of jurisprudence Shaykh Ibn al-‘Uthaymeen, much of whose writings on this topic are well known to Arabic speakers, and are here available in English in one comprehensive volume.
