"The volume of poems reflects the tremendous interest in writing creatively in English in Bangladesh at this point of time. The poems that have been included in this anthology almost certainly reveal the vitality of the young poets. These poets write feelingly—and more often than not—imaginatively about the timeless themes of poetry. They write on love, death, disaster in nature or in personal lives, discrimination, disillusionment, while also on beauty and hope, surviving sorrow and loss – and do so expressively."- Fakrul Alam, Professor of English, University of Dhaka
