Ibn Abbas reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “There are two blessings which many people waste: health and free time.”
Almost everyone with a sane mind knows to live as healthy a life as possible but very few of us know how to make the best of time. Then, there is the illusion that some of us fall victim to that we are indeed utilizing our available time to the fullest when we actually are not.
Many of us live in a bubble where we delude ourselves thinking that the time we spend on social media, browsing through pages after pages, streaming through one video after the other is time better spent than just idle talk. Perhaps it is in some cases, but is it really the best utilization of our time? If we took every second that we spend as money that we spend, would we really be investing so unwisely?
In TIME MANAGEMENT, Ismail Kamdar presents to the reader practical and implementable ways of making the best use of time. This isn't a book with tools and techniques that are achievable by only a few, but almost every individual who truly wishes to be successful and reach their goals are bound to benefit from this read, both in their professional and their personal lives.
